Viet-Thai is a small, friendly business run by Minh and Huong, husband and wife, both originating from Vietnam, with strong family ties in Thailand. Using family recipes, Minh and Huong have captured the authentic Vietnamese and Thai cuisine, combining it to give you a whole new experience of authentic food.

Ming and Huong compliment each other and are the perfect couple.

Minh has 12 years experience in the food industry, starting with parental guidance from his roots in Vietnam and Thailand, before progressing to gain expert training in his field in the big city of London.

Huong provides excellent customer care, working tirelessly to please the customers with meticulous attention to detail.

They certainly are a winning pair!

Authentic Vietnamese & Thai Cuisine  

The Viet-Thai emphasis on fresh food, using an extensive range of different sauces; fresh herbs include: lemon-grass, mint, coriander, sweet basil and banana leaf. We create the most unique flavours you could only ever dream of!  All our dishes are light and fresh, as we have a healthy approach to Vietnamese and Thai food.

Minh says: “I am very passionate about my food and I cook from my heart”.

Viet-Thai offers seating for 20 people, in a cosy restaurant, enabling customers to sit back, relax and enjoy the alcohol of their own choice!

A take away service is also available.
